Data request
Effective 25 June 2026
Use this channel to exercise your rights under Articles 32 to 40 of the DIFC DPL over the personal data Exec X AI Ltd holds about you. You do not need an account. We respond within one month. That is extendable by up to two further months for complex or numerous requests, and we will tell you if the extension applies and why.
Your rights
- Access, a copy of your personal data and information about how it is processed (Article 33).
- Rectification, correct inaccurate or incomplete data (Article 34).
- Erasure, deletion in the circumstances the DIFC DPL allows (Article 35).
- Restriction, limit processing while a matter is resolved (Article 36).
- Objection, to legitimate-interest processing and to direct marketing (Article 37).
- Portability, receive data you provided in a machine-readable form (Article 38).
- Withdraw consent, at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
- Not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that significantly affects you (Article 22).
How to make a request
Email privacy@regulation10.ae with your request, or use the pre-filled request template. To protect your data, we may ask you to verify your identity before we act.

What to include
- the right you want to exercise;
- your full name and the email address you used with us;
- enough detail for us to locate your data and understand the request.
If you are not satisfied
Please contact us first so we can put things right. You may also complain to the Commissioner of Data Protection at the DIFC (Article 60 of the DIFC DPL), see the DIFC data protection pages.
If your concern is about an AI system rather than your personal data, you may also raise an AI-specific concern with the Commissioner under DIFC Regulation 10. You can also raise it with us directly through the complaints form, which is acknowledged and recorded in the audit trail.
